Helpful staff, clean and good size room

We changed our room because there was a problem with the light

Everything was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly.

Guests in the next room were pretty noisy all night making it difficult to sleep. Rooms seemed to be abundant so it might have been better to space them out. I didn't complain until leaving. Staff was apologetic.

The food was fresh, the breakfast was very good...

It was convenient and close to the friends we were visiting.

Highly recommend for solo travelers

The front desk clerk, Jessie, was like a real gem. He was super friendly and worked long hours, always with a smile. That's the kind of service you remember. The room was clean, and I felt safe as a single traveler. Breakfast was solid too. They had fresh coffee that hit just right.

Not exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what I got.

The staff was phenomenal. The room was very nicely kept. It's an older facility, but they're taking great care of it.

Restock coffee and creamer every day. Long pillows rather than square would be more comfortable.

Easy access to expressway, gas stations and a Walmart store. I highly recommend the local restaurant "Sawbucks".

Comfortable Stop with Great Staff

The friendly front desk. The room was surprisingly spacious, and having a grab-and-go breakfast was a nice touch during these times. Just be ready for some road noise if you're a light sleeper.

Location: the hotel was short walk to Waffle House and Gas Station and a good restaurant and convenience store. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. We spent 1 night in queen room. A microwave, coffee & tea makers and a fridge were available too👌

The big smile she had on her face when we got there. The room was roomy and clean. The beds were awesome. First one I have seen in a long time that had plenty of soft fluffy pillows. The breakfast was great also. Good coffee. I will stay there again if I go back that way. Thanks again. Keep up the good work. I would rate an A...4 star.

This motel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were clean and pet-friendly with no carpet, which worked great for my family. We loved the quick check-in and the friendly staff, especially Brandy. The breakfast was a hit with my teens too!

My kids wished the pool was open for a swim.

I had a nice 4-night stay where the room was super clean and came with a microwave and mini-fridge, which was a huge plus for late-night snacks. I enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and unwinding in the cozy seating area. The only downside was the bathroom door was a bit tricky to close, but it didn't ruin my overall experience! 😊

The check-in process was swift, and the staff was friendly and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. The business center was well-equipped and facilitated my work needs perfectly .

Minor maintenance is needed in the bathroom area.
